Breathe Deep

Try it right now! Take a deep breath in through the nose, and slowly release out the mouth. There, feels better, right!?

Eat Right

Food is the fuel of your active life! Your mind and body depend on fresh, unprocessed, high-nutrient meals to run at an optimal level.

Rest Well

Rest and recovery play a big part in your health! Foam rolling, massage, and plenty of sleep allow your body to push to new levels when challenged!

Move Your Body

Stretch, play, twist, push, pull, run, leap, press. The human body is designed to move!

Hydrate

Feeling exhausted? Try increasing your water intake. Hydration plays a big role in energy, overall health and well-being.

I am a Newport Beach based Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist. I am certified through AFFA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), TRX Suspension Training Course and working towards an advanced training degree from the C.H.E.K Institute. My goal is to be continuously learning so that I can give my clients the most current information, instruction and exercises.

My philosophy is that fitness is a lifestyle. It’s not just about doing push ups and sit ups or running on the treadmill day in and day out. True fitness is a balance of body, mind and nutrition. It is a life long project that we should all participate in.

What I offer my clients is a custom tailored workout designed around your goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, recover from an injury, hike a mountain or train for a race, I want to help you get there. My true passion comes from assessing a client and brainstorming the most effective way to help them succeed.

I have a competitive background in gymnastics, dance and karate. I enjoy a wide range of activities including snowboarding, hiking, yoga and triathlons. I am punctual, level headed and approachable, and am committed to seeing my clients progress over time. I love being a personal trainer and I look forward to working with you!
